Cleaning

All of your purchases are printed to order and quality checked thoroughly before shipping to you, due to the nature of 3D printing there may be some minor imperfections present on your item. Should this noticeable, we will always contact you directly before shipping to ensure that you are happy with the item and if not we will reprint. 

 

Some 3D printed models are printed in multiple pieces. When caring for your product please remember that any moving parts or joints can be sensitive to excessive force or rough play, if you treat them with care they will provide you endless hours of fun. 

We encourage parental supervision with regular checks on all our products especially when being used by young children. Please note that you take responsibility for the supervision of children whilst using the products to ensure their safe use. 

 

Caution:

3D prints are not suitable for children under 3 years old due to small parts that could break loose and pose a choking hazard.

Returns/Refunds:

Return & Exchange Policy

We are confident that you will love your 3D creation, however if you are not completely satisfied we do offer a flexible return and exchange policy:

We have a 14 day return policy, this means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return
All items must be returned in its original condition, packaging, unused and undamaged. 
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

Return shipping costs are at the customers expense. 
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund was approved or not. 
If your refund is approved you will be automatically refunded back to your original payment method within 15 business days. 

Exchanges:

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any "mystery" or "random colour" orders. Part of this selection means that we will randomly select a product/colour for you.
If you wish to exchange your order for a different item, please contact us via email on info3dbydesign@gmail.com to discuss this process with us.
If you wish to exchange an item, we require the original order to be returned to us at the customer expense in its original packaging, unused and undamaged. Should the item not be returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for the loss in value.

We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange requests that do not meet with our policy or guidelines.
