1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern the 3DbyDesigns Giant Stitch 80 cm Prize Draw (“the Draw”).
By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only.

3. Entry Methods

(a) Paid Entry

  • Each entry ticket costs £3.

  • Tickets can be purchased through the Promoter’s Shopify store at:
    https://www.3dbydesigns.co.uk/products/giveaway-ticket

  • Each £3 ticket purchased equals one entry into the Draw.

  • Multiple entries are permitted.

  • All entries must be received before the closing date.

4. Prize Details

  • Prize: One (1) 3D printed Giant Stitch, 80 cm tall.

  • Approximate value: £150 RRP.

  • No cash alternative or substitution unless the prize becomes unavailable, in which case an item of equal or greater value will be provided.

  • Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

5. Closing Date

  • Entries close at 18:30 PM (GMT) on 02 November 2025.

  • Entries received after this time will not be counted.

6. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries (both paid and free).

  • The draw will take place within 7 days after the closing date.

  • The draw process will be recorded for transparency if required.

7. Winner Notification

  • The winner will be notified by email within 5 working days of the draw.

  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner may be drawn at random.

  • 3DbyDesigns may publicly announce the winner’s first name and county in accordance with the CAP Code.

8. Refunds and Cancellation

  • No refunds are available once an entry has been processed, except in cases of cancellation of the Draw by 3DbyDesigns.

  • If the Draw is cancelled, all entrants will receive a refund of £3 per entry.

9. Fairness and Integrity

  • The Promoter reserves the right to reject or void any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, or suspected of fraud.

  • The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Draw is final.

10. Data Protection

  • Personal data is processed under the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR.

  • Entrant details will only be used for administration of the Draw and relevant 3DbyDesigns communications, unless you opt in to marketing updates.

  • You may unsubscribe at any time.

11. Liability

  • 3DbyDesigns is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries (including postal entries).

  • The Promoter is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation or acceptance of the prize.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
